||5052 aluminum plate is AL-Mg series alloy aluminum plate. Magnesium is the main alloy element in 5052 alloy aluminum plate. It is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy has high strength, especially fatigue strength: plasticity and corrosion resistance High performance, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, good plasticity during semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability, and polishing.
Surface Finishing For CNC Aluminum
Once your metal part is machined, parts are left with visible tool marks and potentially sharp edges and burrs which can be removed by some hand work .we can also perform future secondary processes like anodizing, plating and powder coating,bead blast etc. You can also request tolerances tighter than our standard +/- 0.002″, or other custom processes.

|Anodized (Type II Or Type III):
||Type II creates a corrosion-resistant finish. Parts can be anodized in different colors—nature, black and red are most common—and is usually associated with aluminum. Type III is thicker and creates a wear-resistant layer in addition to the corrosion resistance seen with Type II.
||This is a process where powdered paint is sprayed onto a part which is then baked in an oven. This creates a strong, wear- and corrosion-resistant layer that is more durable than standard painting methods. A wide variety of colors are available to create the desired aesthetic.
